Since you are paying for it, you might be interested to know that the President and Congress just gave furloughed federal employees a free two and a half week paid vacation. Nice, huh?

Given the wording “which begins” instead of “which began” implies that the decision was made BEFORE the shutdown started.

The same thing happened the last two shutdowns… and will happen again in the next one.

Now think back on all the fake, exaggerated political concerns for suffering federal workers.

Do you get paid for furloughs? NO?? Perhaps that is because the only place that happens is in the U.S. federal government.

Liberals will tell you that federal employees should not be made to suffer because of Republican obstructionism.

Conservatives will tell you this is just another action of a federal government in total disregard for fiscal responsibility in the face of a $17 trillion debt.

Average Americans don’t get paid for furloughs. You are paying for theirs with borrowed money. What do you think?
